I want to create Cryptomatte in karma distincted by each geo prims.
How to set the Primvar for it?

There is actually a built-in way to get this (though not easy to discover); when you make an extra render var, the Cryptomatte Objects should do this for you (see the attached image).
If you have a custom primvar you wish to use to generate a cryptomatte pass; I don't think it can be a per-face primvar, it has to be a constant primvar (i.e. one value)?
