Windows Clock Stops Updating when Houdini 20 is Running?

I notice that when Houdini 20 is running Windows 11 clock occasionally gets stuck.
Is anyone else experiencing this.

It happens when Houdini's awesomeness rips a hole in the fabric of space and time. Startup up Blender in the background usually balances things out
More code, less clicks.
