Day 04 - Architecture

I was originally going to do an Art Deco skyscraper, but I walked past a Dunkin' today and the cookie cutter architecture plus the unreal blue sky inspired me to make a Pop Art version.

Day 4 Architecture Corintian column, Marble material from AMD Library (Mlinker), HDRI Grayscalegorila. Some sculpting doodles with the capital. Full procedural Plinth shapes, columnn tapered by few deegree procedural cuved suantity and shape on column, static capital with two type of decoration

Mardini day 4:

I really never worked with materialX and it's pretty interesting. Seed variation is really easy and fast to do. But how it can be that there is no curvature node for shading? Seems pretty insane to me that I have to calculate that in sops. If anyone knows a better way let me know!

Day04 - I am showing a couple initial views of the cobble stone pathway I have started working on for use in a larger project latter this year. These pathways are built on a procedural system and as you can see I can even turn on a mortar layer. The material is procedural as well using a color ramp and layering fractal patterns.
