Hi,
After reinstallation of my system (OS x) i m not able to reinstall my licenses correctly …. faq and troubleshooting does not help me out … i have the same computername as before tried via automatic option and manually ….
i ve purchased the update to v.10 … when i try to log in i can only activate the apprentice HD v9.5 license…the v.10 update is not in the list ….
online the license is listed as it should but manual activation(copy and paste) does not work ….

Please send your License Diagnostic in to support@sidefx.com.
To generate the diagnostic
1. Start the Houdini License Administrator (hkey)
2. Under the View menu, select “Diagnostic Information”
3. Save the file and attach it in an email addressed to support@sidefx.com
