Red color error when rendering hdri

I applied environment light and rendered it, but the image comes out reddish. It's the same even if I keep changing the hdri map. What's wrong?

reddish/pinkish color for textures usually means that the texture was not found or potentially was not readable or nor in supported format, at least in Mantra
