Hi,
I'm trying Python and want to click a hierarchy of objects like bones. Placing bends on the point the user clicks and tubes between them - OK it will be a long way for me but my first question is:
How can I set “setPosition” of my geo to the place in 3D the user clicks in the viewer?
I already have made an OTL for my bend, so I also need the points vector to place it into the same direction.
Thanks for help
Detlef

Hi Detlef,
I guess the Bones Tool is a build in component that offers that specific workflow.
But the “Emitter” shelf tool in the “Create Particles” Tab shows how to use SceneViewer.seletPositions() which returns a list of world space positions.
Maybe this helps for your task.
