Hi,

There are already hot key assigned to the Front, Right views etc. If you click on “persp1” in the viewport > Set View, you'll see the different views and each of them has a number next to it which is the hotkey.

To set a hot key for the Back View, hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift, click on Back Viewport and the Hotkey Manager will pop up. Now, click in the first row under the Assigned Keys column, click on it again and type in the hotkey you want.

I highly recommend you go through the Basics [sidefx.com] help documents to familiarize yourself with the UI.

Cheers!

I found it useful to get a habit of always using SPACE + the default hotkeys for viewport selection (1, 2, 3…), as raw numbers work only in view mode.
