How can i change and reset the pivot to 0 in obj level?

From the Modify Shelf tool, use the Freeze tool and/or the Center Pivot tool.

Freeze will take any object level transforms and bake it in to the geometry with a Transform SOP leaving the transforms at the object level “clean” or zero'ed out. It will also update the pivot parameters.

Center Pivot will simply center the pivot on the geometry's bounding box.

That does it thank you. It seams I need a while to start thinking procedurally and crush the cliché that other apps force you to fall into.
