I am trying to make flower, and I made simple petal and tried to copy using the points of the sphere. ( in my hip file, i am using Box.. just so I can test)

but the shape I get from the copy sop is so twisted. I don't know what causes it. I have never had this problem.

Could you look at my hip file and give me some advices ?

Here you go.

You need to have your object aligned with the Z axis for it to align correctly with the point normals of the box.
