I'm trying to organize my HDA's into custom menu folders other than Digital Assets, pls someone remind me how this is done, thanks!

Right click the HDA and click on type properties. Then go into the ‘Interactive Tab’. Then click the sub-tab ‘Shelf Tools’. Then under the tool you click the ‘Context’ Tab. And in ‘Network Pane’ tab there is an option called TAB Submenu Path.
