Displacement automatically reduce by range?

Hi everyone

I am using classic shader and I found that displacement noise/ texture will have this fall off effect from my initial camera position in both viewport and mplay render.

I found this very annoying and in one of my mplay render, a displacement detail that is very close to the camera got smooth out like this.

I wonder if there is anyway to turn this off this and or what is causing this.
