Filling partially object with grain

Hello people,

i am simulating a series of Vial dropping with grain inside.
For optimization reasons i have use a low poly version of the high end vial, but when i use grain obviously the entire vial (cap included) gets filled with grains and i can't just use the middle part as i have collisions.

Someone know what node i should use to tell the vellum constraint grain to been able to only partially fill them?

Not clear what you want, if you want something partially filled, then why don't you cut it down with the boolean first and then use that as a grain source?
