Flip Fluid Simulation -- Spawning errant particles.

Hi!
I was wondering if there are any flip fluid pros out there that can help me diagnose why my simulation is generating incorrect points in space throughout my sim. I have included a video showcasing the problem.

Here is some scene info:
- Scene is imported from Unreal and scaled to 0.01. This is to match Unreal -> Houdini units
- All geometry has been cleaned up and converted into volumes. The voxel resolution is also pretty high to ensure collision is pretty accurate to the geo (what you see in the video is the SDF collision volumes)
- I have cranked DOP sub-steps without any noticeable improvements
- Persistent IDs are on, as is re-seeding of particles. Neither of these have any impact on errant spawning particles.

I highly suspect that this issue is due to scaling and collision generation but I am unable to prove that.

Thoughts?

feels like a reseeding issue. try turning off reseeding on the flip solver
