KineFX Multi joint Constraint setup?

In the attached file, I want to constrain my main joint to the two constraint joints and be able to blend between which constraint joint has 100% control over the main one. Also, Let's say constraint joint 0 has full control and I do some animation but now I want to switch and have constraint joint 1 take over, I'd like the object to remain in place from where constraint joint 0 left it. How can I set this up in kineFX?
