Coincidentally, I posted a message about curve guides in Instance Meshes and how it's just not working. I have a hunch this sop node is a bit broken.

It's not clear on how to use the guide curves for the Labs Instant Meshes SOP. I draw a curve on my mesh, plug it into the Guide Curves input, and nothing changes on the topology.
When I dig deeper, there is a warning message on the instant_meshes_core node which says, "Warning: some or all parts of guide curve are not overlapping geometry. Curves will not be incorporated."
The problem is, I get this message no matter what I do. Has anyone been able to successfully use curves on Instant Meshes? How can we get this to work?
