We do apologize for this - we cannot find any record of the email coming in. We're having our IT department look into it. Perhaps the message is stuck in our Spam filter. I will go ahead and release the licenses for you so you should have them shortly.

19.5 licensing error? July 25, 2022, 1:16 p.m.
Hi Adriano,
I do see 19.5 upgrades posted to the account for the machine Adriano-PC2. You will need to install the upgrades to bump up the existing 19.0 licenses to 19.5.
