For animated / deforming static objects, the Bullet solver no longer immediately clears the 'inheritvelocity' point attribute. The velocity is now transferred when the object becomes active.

Additionally, the velocity transfer now only involves the v and w point attributes from the source SOP geometry. Previously, the solver also looked for velocity attributes on the unpacked geometry to compute an overall linear and angular velocity (similar to how inherit velocity works for old-style RBD objects), which was unexpected behaviour and would be expensive with these changes. If the old behaviour is desired, use the Transfer Attributes option when packing to transfer velocity to the packed primitive.
