Hi all,

are there any tutorial or quicktips how to transfer/export best.

I want to build/layout my scene in Houdini with some Megascan Assets which I scatter in my scene on some Geometry build in Houdini.
Then export /transfer everything to Unreal Engine to render there.

I have made a little test where I scattered some megascan assets on my geometry and then exported as .fbx.
The problem is that unreal is not able to import the scatted geos because they are packed geos (I used the provided scatter setup which import from Megascan).

Any workflow ideas?

Thanks.

make an HDA and copy on those points inside of Unreal. should go well

if this sounds like arcane speech, look up gamedev tutorials section, Simon has it covered iirc
