RMB is opening context menu instead of dollying.

As per subject RMB is not dollying as it should. Instead it opens a context menu.
I have cleared my prefs in a attempt to fix the infuriating issue. Any ideas?

Turns out its an issue that shows up when operating Houdini remotely, but it does not happen when I am at the machine operating it directly.
