How can I apply a ramp in Karma Hair Shader for feathers to achieve different colours at the base and tip of the feather?

Hey.
You can generate a curveu attribute on the feathers and use that to drive a ramp in the shader.

Thank you for your response! I’m having difficulty making all that data renderable. Additionally, I would like to achieve better control over feather shading by implementing both vertical and horizontal ramps. I would really appreciate it if you could share an example file to help illustrate the approach.
