Hi,
There is no Digital Asset context menu in Null obj.
How to create an HDA from Null Obj?

As far as I know you can create HDAs only from subnets

Maybe try to drag and drop to shelf or just place it inside a subnet then promote what you need.
Otherwise export it as code and then import it.
