Tearing at UV seams when using displacement

Hi guys,
When applying a displacement map I get these tears at the UV seams. This is a zbrush disp map exported with a 0 mid value. It works fine in blender and maya, any idea how to fix it? Also, is there a 'shade smooth' option for the object
