BOSSFIGHT 3D CHALLENGE Deep Fear & Breakdown
Here’s my submission for BOSSFIGHT challenge along with a breakdown.
I created the layout in Blender, and all of the elements, including the character’s hair and cloth, venom effect, and multiple layers of ambient smoke were made in Houdini. I used KarmaXPU and RendermanXPU for rendering, and I have to say that these two renderers worked really fast and well together. For the final compositing, I used Nuke.
