Software/Engine : Houdini 16.0 / Mantra
The start point of this one was the Doctor Strange's Portal. Once reached I tried to go deeper in the way to personalize it, and make it my own.
The system is based on a velocity field for the global motion and some VEX lines and Steer node for the details.
