Compare simulation time (cloth) in maya and houdini !!!

It depends on what you need. Houdini Cloth in current state, isn't the way to go! Its good for deform and other procedural technics..

Try to run this simulation on older versions of Houdini 11.
while i did tests like this one

the simulation worked fine on version 11.0.547
but not on the newer ones …
didn't check since then if something changed.
try also to run it on different hardware.
