Cinema 4d OBJ to Houdini

Hello!

I wanted to get a cinema 4d made model into Houdini per OBJ Ex- and Import but no matter how i export it out of C4D Houdini tells me it is “unable to read” the file.

any suggestions?

can you make a simple example and upload the C4D exported obj here for us to have a look at?

I was able to load both objs in 15.5.480 under Linux; nothing funky looking in the files, that I could see

You made me realize why it wouldn't import the file.
Houdini (at least under windows) doesn't like certain characters when it comes to file paths.
