Save textures to USD ROP Output file path?

Is there a way to have textures used in materials(or any external files used on the stage) to be automatically saved to the same directory that the USD ROP points to when saving out the USD main layer and then have their paths changed relative to that newly saved file? I figure PDG would do but is there maybe an easier way?

This can be done by adding the Copy All Assets to Referencing Layer Directory Output Processor to a USD ROP.
