In H20, when I add a Rig Pose node to a skeleton, the skeleton immediately gets scaled. This never happened in 19.5. It looks like some other rigging nodes are doing this too. I think it has something to do with the scaleinheritance attribute.
I've attached a scene file. Try opening the same file in 19.5 and then 20.
