how to use Half Life in RBD sim

every time RBD receives an impact, it will distribute and accumulate it to all connected Glue constraint bonds
then once any of such accumulated impact values is greater than strength of any particular constraint, it will break
however over time, this accumulated impact can decay back towards 0
Half Life is the rate of such decay, saying how many seconds it will take it to decay by one half
so smaller value will result in faster decay and therefore higher chance of the constraint surviving the next impact
