just updated from 20.5.62x to 684 and set pivot on tumble doesnt work anymore

anyone else having this issue? driving me nuts...

either a bug or i pressed the wrong key at some point but i see it is set so...

ok, i reinstalled 4 different versions (also switched from py to qt) and i still have this issue
the mouse behavior when i click and rotate is that the pivot for rotation is set at the cameras position so basically the camera rotates in place not around the point i'm clicking

pls send help

I'm not sure if this is the exact same issue, but I've occasionally found the tumble to be working in a way I don't expect, and space+g seems to correct it for me.
