Hi all!
I am looking for suggestions on how to best create layers of particles in a FLIP sim so that the layers each have different colors (already can do this) and (this is the hard part) preferentially stay more tightly attracted to the other particles in the layer and less attracted to the particles in the other layers. I would like very LITTLE mixing to occur as the fluid flows over an object. An effect similar to what you might imagine pouring different colored paints on top of one another. Nice sharp and straight transitions between the colors.
I've tried a bunch of things in VEX in a POP Wrangle in the dopnet fiddling around with v but nothing seems to be working well.
Right now I have a single source. Maybe I need to think about multiple sources?
Thanks,
Greg
