Hi! To subdivide geometry i always use POLIGONS AS SUBDIVIDIONS in geo node, but how can i add this property to animated character rig?????? Thats crazy problem, maybe somebody can help to sove it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

your geometry exists inside a geo node, no matter what, so just turn on Poly as SubD on that node…

?

depending on your rig, you may need to make the asset editable and dive inside and make the skin object render as sub-d.

note that making rigs editable means that it's easier to break them, so be careful!

You could also object merge your various character elements into new objects outside the rig to make it so you don't do anything that could break your rig.
