It would be nice if the search function on the forum could be upgraded so its actually useful. Right now it is practically useless when compared to the odforce search algorithm. There are so many golden threads of information here that just cannot be found unless you bookmark it. !

You can use google to search both forums:

search_string site:http://forums.odforce.net [forums.odforce.net] OR site:http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_forum [sidefx.com]

Apparently, the hold-up is something along the lines of that the entire forum (maybe the entire website?) setup needs rearranging in order to update it.

Edit: Upon checking with someone who knows better than me, the entire website would need overhauling to update the forum software.

I never tried odforce search but being able to search both at once, I like using google search.
