I use ' detach handle from object, move and rotate the handle. How to reset this handle to initial state ?

The ‘ key acts like a toggle. You use it to detach, then once you moved the handle to your desired position, you hit the same ’ key again to attach again.

Once you click anywhere away from the object, it jumps back to the original position or center.

In my h13.447 , handle does not jump back to original after click outside object. Is this version bug or any other setting?
