Viewport shadow flicker

Tried to bump up my viewport settings to get smooth shadows but they are still pretty coarse and as my object is moving the shadows flicker as well.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

try making the cones of the spot lights casting the shadow smaller.

i am using area lights. Right now intead of turning my geo i am turning my camera around my geo and there is no flickering.
The flickering shadows appear only if my geo is animating

I believe I got around some flicker where the camera was static by adding a tiiiny bit of animation on the camera so that it forced itself to update
