このレッスンは、新しい APEX のアニメートステートによって、Electra テストジオメトリのポーズとキーフレームの設定方法を習得したいと考えているアニメータを対象としています。ここで紹介するノードを用いると、ジオメトリに埋め込まれているリグを取り出し、それをアニメータが使えるようにすることでキャラクタ操作ができるようになります。次に、１体目と同時にアニメーションをつけられる２体目のキャラクタの追加方法も紹介します。その際、APEX アニメートツール内で使用可能な Selection Sets とアニメーションコントローラについても学んでいきます。

お使いの Electra リグに別のアニメータが作成したセレクションセットをインポートする際は必ず、そのセレクションセットのファイルをダウンロードしてください。

      Just like you can use APEX Invoke to pull out the geometry - you can also pull out the skeleton and use that to retarget using KineFX retargeting tools. In Esther's HIVE presentation she retargets onto Electra - it can go both ways.
