The Kitchen Generator tool allows you to generate variations of kitchen configurations within 3ds Max, through the use of Houdini Engine. You can work with the existing kitchen starter-pack, which contains sets of cupboards, shelves, sink, panels and parts. You can also swap your own geometry using the starter pack as guides and load them into their respective slots and *bam* you've got your very own flavour of kitchen! Download the scene files and build your very own kitchen!

Note

The Kitchen Generator Tool is not pure magic, so you'll have to use either the starterpack assemblies to configure your kitchen (in *max file), or, substitute them with your own geometry. But of course, you can conveniently use the starterpack as guides to build geometry that will fit into those dimensions -- then a quick swap of them in 3ds Max and via Houdini Engine, you'll be conjuring your own kitchen in no time at all!       This probably could be reconfigured a bit to work in unreal as well. Interesting thought :)
