I have a new Dell computer with one of those cuda fermi Quadro 4000 vid cards in it. Does Houdini take advantage of the PhysX on the video card if it's enabled?

The quick answer is no, it doesn't use PhysX or CUDA/CL, though it is a decent card for graphics workstation use.
