Hello,
so I´m trying the following. I have a flip fluid tank above is a staticRBD object
and above that is a sphere. So I want the sphere to fall and hit the box, break
apart and the fractured objects should plunge into the fluid tank. My problem
is, that as soon as the sphere is fractured the objects do not penetrate the
fluid anymore. I removed the box to let the sphere plunge directly into the fluid and this works well. But as soon as the object is fractured no interation
is happening. What am I doing wrong ?

Hi there,
yes, your file works well. It took me quite a while to figure out what was
wrong in my file. So i created a pool from extruded geometry that would
keep the water. It turned out the collision of this static rbd for bullet physics
was set to convex. So all these parts seemed to be “floating” on the water.
Now that i switched to concave everything works well.
But thank You for your demo scene!
best regards.
