How to activate dynamic geometry transfering an activation attribute?

hello! i want to create the effect that a ground is being absorbed by something like a black hole, and i want to make that the pieces of the scattered ground are not activated and when i tranfer a attribute the pieces start activating.

i tried to transfer a pure red color and make a group out of that with a attribute named activator" with value 1 but i dont know where to use it, in dops, sop or where?

can anyone help me with that?

You can use SOP Solver in DOP.
