Hello, I am a super noob so please bare with me.
I am attempting to add a simple animation to a null object using the $f expression in the translate field, but I keep getting the same error “Unable to evaluate expression (Undefined Variable…”
I made sure that the expression language was set to Hscript, but still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated. This is making for a frustrating start to my houdini education.

It's $F(capital F), not $f(lowercase f).
