i can't fix that the water leaks out through a glass

You need to give a thickness to the tube and also a decent VDB volume for collision. Other than that, you're pretty spot on with the network setup.
I attached a simple demo of my equivalent setup like yours. Do study it and compare the difference with your setup!

added “vdb from polygons” between “subdivide” and “collision source”
and changed voxel size in “collision source”
and then set up to Static object>Collisions>RBD Solver>Volume>Mode “Volume Sample”, Division Method “By Size”, Proxy Volume “/obj/glass/VDB”
As a result, this glass could hardly the water leaks out through!
but another problem occurred. The level of water in the glass has gone down..;_;
