Hey fellow Houdinians,
I can't seem to find an answer to one of the questions. As you can see on the picture the part of the building that should collapse under its own weight stays in place. (the rare wall is a non active object, but this doesn't change the situation wether it is active or isn't) I'm using 2 types of glue constraints. One is a weaker type the other one stronger for bigger cluster. As I understand - glue constraints only break if you manually break them or during collision with another object. So the constraints don't break under the weight of objects inside the simulation and a part of the building that should collapse keeps hanging unsupported. Are there any solutions to this problem aside from manually breaking constraints?
Is there a way to calculate the strain between all the pieces in the simulation and based of this parameter break the constraints?
Thanks!
