Hi All,

I animated some water droplets as seen in this tutorial [entagma.com].

At the end of the chain, I piped it into the GameDev simple baker. But when I render it out, the frames are blank. I assigned normals earlier in the chain, so why don't they show up?

Followup Questions:
In the meantime I have baked the height map out. This has two problems:
1. for some reason I am getting this strange aliasing/terracing when I use it as a bump map, where it looks like the height is cut off. I imagine it has something to do with output range but I'm not sure how to tackle that.
2. the overall level (grey value) is flickering wildly
3. Does GameDev Simple Baker only support 8-bit? I can't seem to get a 16-bit image out of it.

Any ideas what is causing these artifacts?

Again, I would prefer to do this with normals instead of bump (unless you can think of a reason I shouldn't).

Project + examples attached.
