Fatal error: Segmentation fault when opening a file...Help.

I'm getting a fatal error of segmentation fault when trying to open any project file. Everything worked a day ago and then this all of a sudden. I will post the log if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

Well the crash log seems to point the finger at Redshift….
