Hi guys, i'm having real issues trying to export my model as, well, any format really, to texture inside Substance Painter (SP).
I have laid out the uv's with a 2 pixel border (see image below):

However when I right out an fbx (3.2gb) in size, SP gives this error:

FBX : Could not create an importer.
Failed to load 3D scene.
FBX : Could not create an importer.

I then try exporting an obj (also 3.2gb in size) and I get this error inside SP:

Failed to triangulate polygon (no ear found). Probably not a simple polygon?
Skipping one or more lines with the same contents
Errors have been found while splitting meshes per UDIM tile:
Mesh 'g' has a vertex in an invalid UDIM tile: 0, 0.
Loading failed
Failed to load 3D scene.
Loading failed

I have deleted as many unnecessary attributes and groups hoping that would help. My uv's are under vertex attribute at the moment but I have also tried promoting to point attribute which messes up my uv's so I ran the 'autouv' process again which worked but the uv's switch back to vertex attribute again:

I have constructed the uv's all procedurally inside houdini using 'autouv' & 'uvlayout' & 'uvtransform' nodes to give all uv's equal 2pixel spacing, with box unwrapping and moved into the correct udims. So there can't be any overlapping uv's, I have tried searching the tiles and cant seem to find any by eye.

Does anyone have any idea of how to solve this issue - I always seem to have problems exporting meshes with uv's for texturing out of Houdini.

Many Thanks

HI there, does anyone have any potential solutions to exporting correct uv's from Houdini to work in SP?

Thanks
