Redshift/ACES - Correct Render in PNG but not EXR

Apologies for another Redshift/ACES thread. I'm trying to re-create the workflow we have with EXR/ACES/Redshift/C4D/AE, where the ACES transform is baked into the render, and upon import into AE we have the exact image as we had in the RS RV.
However, I'm not getting this in Houdini. I believe I've adjusted all the correct render settings (see screenshots below), and when I render to disk as PNG the resulting gamma matches what I see in the Houdini RS RV, but when I render EXRs to disk there's an extra gamma being applied.
Is there a parameter I'm missing?
Thanks!
Luke
EDIT: Adding Image names -
1. Correct Gamma in RV and PNG
2. Incorrect (brighter) gamma in EXR
3. Curve in AE to correct gamma
4. OCIO Settings
5. Post Effects Settings
6. Mplay export settings
7. EXR output settings

what do they look like in Nuke, set to 'raw'? After Effects is probably applying a gamma to the exr because it's an exr. The lut you're baking into the exr makes it non-linear, so it's going to look wrong when opened in software that assumes it is. You should linearize it after applying the aces tonemap and color matrix.
