Combine meshes (flip)

Hello everyone.
Please, tell me the best way, I have 5 sims with different resolutions, how it will be correct to "combine" all these sims at the meshing stage, as I see it, this is through converting to vdb, merging all, and then converting to a mesh, but with in this scenario, the grid for them will be the same, but how to implement so that the detail of the grid is also different as it moves away from the camera.
