so as the topic,what I want to do is use houdini Command-Line Scripting to get access to houdini python lib( and this part worked)

then with houdini native lib we can use pyside2, but with no-gui mode I dont have any windows(hou.ui), therefore I would like to know if I can create an QApplication with houdini PySide2?

or is there anyway around that problem?
