No, not correct

- XPU does run on macOS, but it only uses the CPU device (ie will not make use of the GPU), meaning it will run very slowly.
- The BakeGSplat node is a SOP, so runs outside of XPU. In fact the results of the BakeGSplat SOP will feed both XPU and the Vulcan viewport.
- Because XPU is only running on the CPU on macOS, expect gaussian splats to run very slowly in XPU on mac. But the Vulcan viewport should run fine.
